Cork is the second largest city in the Republic of Ireland and boasts the second largest natural harbour in the world. Built on the River Lee it has many bridges spanning the city centre. It is full of exciting architecture, bustling pubs and world class restaurants. A trip to Cork City Gaol and Blackrock Castle Observatory are highly recommended.
