About County Wicklow

County Wicklow lies on the eastern coast of Ireland with county Dublin to the North. County Wicklow is known as the Garden of Ireland because of its beautiful imposing mountains, hidden valleys, clear silver streams and long sandy beaches. Wicklow town is the county town and is very popular with tourists, a must for any visitor is the Regatta Festival in August.
